Introduction

dxw is a digital agency that works with public sector organisations to make their services better for the people who use them. With over fourteen years of experience, we specialise in designing and building digital products that are easy to use, efficient, and have a real impact on communities.

In housing and planning, we’ve worked with councils, government agencies, and housing associations to improve the way services are delivered. We understand the challenges in this area, from meeting complex regulations to involving the public effectively in planning decisions.

Our work includes creating digital tools that make it easier for people to interact with planning services. For example, we’ve helped improve systems for submitting and tracking planning applications, making them simpler and more accessible. We’ve also supported councils in using open data to make planning decisions more transparent.

In housing, we’ve worked on projects to improve how affordable housing is managed and allocated. By designing fair and user-friendly systems, we’ve helped ensure these vital services work well for everyone involved.

We believe in working closely with stakeholders and involving users at every stage so the services we create meet real needs. At dxw, our focus is on practical, modern digital solutions that help the housing and planning sector deliver services that are fair, effective, and fit for the future.
