Plandot is a planning consultancy established in 2022, mainly working with corporate clients in the public sector. It has a recent portfolio of assisting local planning authorities (LPAs) in processing large-scale development sites. In this workstream, Plandot handles major/complex development proposals and associated planning applications at all stages of the planning process, as well as leading on developer requests for pre-application planning advice. Plandot is also involved in processes improvement in planning, including assisting LPAs on the elaboration of tools and templates, on planning services set-up and on review and update of planning process.

Rodrigo Medeiros joined our team in 2024, bringing his expertise as an AI Solutions Architect with a track record of designing and implementing Data & AI systems for FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies. Working alongside Yole Medeiros, who led the initiative on behalf of Plandot, the team combined Rodrigo’s cutting-edge technical knowledge with our experience working with LPAs across the UK.

This powerful combination allowed us to create the AI Report Generator, a solution tool that is made by planners to planners. We created a specialized AI-assisted tool designed specifically for planning authorities that can transform how your officers prepare planning reports, significantly reducing administrative burden while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
