Introduction
Ipswich Borough Council partnered with JDi Solutions to build, host, and maintain an intuitive LocalGov Drupal website. The new platform replaced an outdated system, delivering a cost-effective, user-friendly, and accessible website with improved navigation.
Challenges
The Council’s previous website was outdated, running on unsupported technology with poor navigation and an inflexible design. To address these issues, they sought a modern platform that would also allow a full content refresh and improved accessibility.
Solutions
With support from web design partner Artychoke, JDi Solutions designed and built a customised LocalGov Drupal website tailored to the Council’s needs.

The training was tailored to our specific needs, which made it easy for our team to grasp the concepts and features. Additionally, the support we received was prompt and effective with questions or issues addressed quickly.”
