Challenges

As part of its ambitious digital transformation programme, HM Land Registry set the following objectives:
- Digital Transformation: Modernise HM Land Registry's processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Streamline the application process for conveyancers and other users.
- Caseworker Productivity Improvement: Automate routine tasks to allow staff to focus on complex cases.

Solutions

Scott Logic has been providing the following services as part of delivering the programme of work:
- An Architecture team covering solution, technical and data architecture to map services and service patterns, conduct data modelling, and design all aspects of the target digital solution.
- A full stack Software Engineering team covering cloud, front-end, and back-end skills to implement and document the working software, and establish the associated development lifecycle infrastructure for ongoing agile delivery of production software.
- A Testing team to establish automated tooling and manual processes to assure the quality of the technical solution through functional, accessibility, system integration, non-functional, and user acceptance testing.
