CDPSoft is a leading supplier of Spatial Planning software to Local Authorities, and Case Management, Performance Monitoring and Contract Management solutions for statutory, voluntary and commissioned/grant based services. Our plantech solution, SMART, a SAAS application, has been used by Local Authority planning policy staff for over a decade for post planning application monitoring and reporting. Data from planning application systems can be imported, and detailed plot level monitoring information can be added, to enable any type of residential and non-residential reporting. SMART features an integrated map viewer and integration with over fifty of the Government Planning Data Spatial Layers, together with a Polygon Editing tool.
Background maps, UPRNs, addresses and building outlines as polygons are all sourced from Ordnance Survey API services. SMART is an open system - as soon as APIs become available we will integrate with the new BOPS planning system.
