Introduction
Our work is grounded in a shared ambition to create great places, support economic activity, and deliver equitable development in the right locations. We care about the places we help shape, advocate for better outcomes, and strive for excellence from inception to completion.
We are digital innovators, and specialists in visualisation, 3D modelling and animations, GIS mapping and analysis, and land search and assessment. We craft, configure, and adapt digital applications and apply these to our planning, masterplanning and urban design work.
Our products
-
CHLOE (Conceptual Hexagonal Land-Use Overlay Engine)
Our interactive mapping and reporting tool creates discussion and engagement by helping users to contribute to the masterplan design process. Ideal for stakeholder workshops and community consultation events, CHLOE encourages people to consider development that is appropriate, proportionate and that they feel best represents the existing community’s needs.
-
SODA (Strategic Options Development Application)
An online platform we’ve configured utilising ESRI’s Suitability Modeller. Specifically for large scale strategic spatial option and growth studies, it’s used to develop spatial options by overlaying and weighting different priorities relative to one another. This assists in delivering a series of spatial options for consultation and beyond.
-
Digital Design Code
We see digital design codes not as static documents, but as tools for better interaction. By combining web-based GIS, with our expertise in generating design codes, we’ve created an interactive mapping tool that helps users get to the right information quickly, and accessibly.
-
PIMS (Planning Information Management System)
Our combined GIS skills and planning expertise led us to create PIMS, a holistic spatial data management model. We use PIMS to support our large-scale planning implementation projects, for more efficient project monitoring, and ensured compliance to avoid conflicts.
-
Visuals
Our range of high-quality visualisation outputs include everything from 2D illustrations, 3D models, photorealistic views, and animations. Integrated into our masterplanning and planning workflows, visualisations support everything from early concept development to design review, public consultation, and planning submission, and are uniquely tailored to audience, context, and project.
-
Engagement Platforms
We create custom websites to support public engagement and information sharing for planning and placemaking projects. The platforms host everything from interactive maps, explanatory content, surveys, and comment tools, helping communities explore proposals in detail and provide real time feedback.
