Introduction
Our secure, cloud-hosted, simulation-as-a-service platform assists decision-makers in managing the risks and opportunities by quantifying the impacts of changes. We have developed new traffic and fleet simulation capabilities that provide rapid assessment of 'days in the life of' the transport system to enable the digital testing and comparison of alternative operational plans including temporary road closures or diversions, site access plans and assessment of planned and unplanned events. We provide quantified assessments of travel delays, carbon emissions and other metrics of interest all mapped onto the network, assessed over time and linked to different travellers and vehicle activities. This enables more agile impact assessment, leading to assured decisions and improved outcomes.
