INOVEM Ltd launched the e-consultation community engagement platform known as ‘Consult’ to provide critical digital engagement tools to support Planning Departments across every planning consultation stage. The tool is built to efficiently manage, process, and respond to potentially thousands of representations that are likely to be submitted by developers, planning agents, and local residents.

Complying with common requirements such as the web accessibility rules and GDPR, Consult is a powerful and highly configurable online consultation platform for managing, deploying and analysing consultations through your choice of media. This includes a feature-rich platform that embeds interactive questionnaires, quick polls, feedback against document sections and online discussion forums into an intuitive user experience. Consult also has functionality to support engagement with those members of the public who are unable to access the internet.

Consult is already used nationwide by Planning Departments to present issues clearly to stakeholders and the public, encouraging online engagement, participation, and response. All data is securely stored in a structured format, building a solid evidence base and enabling fast, accurate and reliable data analysis.

Consult includes a dashboard function that can embed interactive GIS and Google maps, as well as video or weather applets, thus harnessing the power of the internet to support online community engagement.

As a long-standing participant of the UK Government’s G-Cloud framework, we made our INOVEM collaboration software totally self-service so prospective clients could prove the value before committing to buy.
